RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jewel Bella jewelry, which is the reason why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or packaging charges) or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date.
1. The item must be returned unworn.
2. The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.
3. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
4. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return. Let us know your reasons for return on the packing slip- we’re always looking for ways to do it better!
